Customer care is at the forefront of our business and we are passionate about ensuring our customers remain happy with their home. We are proud to keep this service in house, managed by our full time Customer Care Team and experienced Maintenance Manager. 

Our Warranty & Homeowner Guide

This covers the first two years of occupation in your new Francis Jackson Homes home. We are here to support you from reservation through to handover and into customer care.

LABC Warranty

When you purchase a new home from Francis Jackson Homes, you can be confident that it has been constructed to our high standards. The home comes with a 10 year warranty from LABC which provides a guarantee to cover against any major structural defect.

Emergencies

In the event of an emergency, please call our customer care team on 01234 717700. We are available during office hours, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm except bank holidays. If emergencies occur outside of office hours, please call an emergency tradesperson in the first instance to avoid further damage. We will provide further assistance the next working day.

Customer Care Portal

Clixifix is our easy to use online portal for reporting and managing any defects you have with your home. It also contains a library of useful documents relating to your home that may be invaluable in the future.
