Following the success of phase one of this development which are all sold, planning permission has now been granted for nine dwellings on land to the rear of Oakridge. We will be back on site this summer to start building phase two consisting of nine homes; seven of these, with three and four bedrooms, will be for private sale. First plots will be released in the autumn and we expect initial occupations in early 2025.
As ever, these homes will be built to an exceptionally high quality standard and specification. Heating is supplied by air source heat pumps with underfloor heating to ground floors.
