We have been very active in the land market in recent years purchasing sites with or without planning permission and are currently looking for locations that offer the potential for us to build from five homes upwards.
We have long term funding agreed to buy further land with or without planning consent.

An award winning development of 24 stone and brick homes, set in the curtilage of a listed Manor House. The site lay wholly outside the village confines boundary, however, was supported by the Parish Council to satisfy local housing need. The development delivered 10 affordable homes and provided funds to improve local facilities, including significant works to the village hall.

A multi award winning development of 48 stone and brick homes, assembled through negotiations with three individual landowners on land wholly outside the village confines boundary. We worked in partnership with the Local Planning Authority and Parish Council to deliver 18 affordable homes and significant improvements to local facilities.

Manor Farm, Piddington comprised two barn conversions, a farmhouse renovation and three new properties, set in the curtliage of the Grade II* Listed Parish Church. The development was nominated for three LABC Building Excellence Awards and demonstrates Francis Jackson Homes' ability to take on sensitive sites with great success.
